Once Game Filter is clicked, cannot unclick

- Once a Game Filter is selected in Settings -> Game Filters -> One will always remain selected until software restart. Copy cell / row also should not pop up there.
Filters are also lost upon restart of the software.
As well as shift is required while clicking to add more than 1 filter which is not right above or below the initial selected filter.
